Asheville Hotels

Most of the hotels in the Asheville area are either in Downtown itself or along the interstates that serve our area. We have two interstates (I-26 and I-40) that pass through Asheville. There are a variety of types of hotels. From the cheap to luxurious (Grove Park Inn/Inn at Biltmore).

The Inn at Biltmore is located on the Biltmore Estate and is a relative newcomer among the local lodging choices.

The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa has a long and storied history. It is in the North Asheville area and has an accompanying golf course and spa.

The Grand Bohemian is another newcomer to the town located in Biltmore Village across from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate. This hotel opened in 2009.

Another new hotel in the area is the Brookstone Lodge. Located just a bit to the south of Biltmore.

There is also a new Hilton Asheville located in Biltmore Park that is opening in 2009 as well. They are aiming to be LEED certified and one of the nations first hotels to have it’s hot water provided primarily from solar hot water heating.
